The upstairs bathroom features a bath with shower and dual sinks.

A powder room is also located downstairs.

Indoor-related amenities include local and long-distance calling, gas fireplace, air conditioning and heading, linen and towels provided, and a fully-equipped laundry room with high-efficiency front loading washers and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Outdoor-related amenities feature direct access to a private salt water pool and hot tub (facing south west for maximum sun exposure with a spectacular mountain and lake view), a tanning deck, lounge chairs and tables, lawn and garden. The garage is available with two parking spaces and a driveway with two additional parking spaces.

A vehicle is recommended; however, there are many local taxicab companies, as well as the SunLine Transit Agency’s bus line.

If visiting the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the BNP Paribas Open in March, it is 8.5 miles away (a 15 to 20-minute drive).

If attending the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April, the Empire Polo Club is about six miles away (a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic and road closures).
